I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. My training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.
As part of my mobile vehicle mechanic service I offer full-scale engine diagnostic treatments designed to find the floors and root of your engine problems. I will come to you and use advanced technology to locate the source of your problems. Once I have established the issue, I will work efficiently to repair your vehicle and get you back on the road in no time at all.
